2025 Clinics on the Horizon – Fresh Perspectives, New Format

Through research, surveys and member feedback, we have found that many members place a high priority on improving their practice management expertise. Given the depth and breadth of experience of our community, we are uniquely positioned to meet this need.

Please join us in 2025 for our next series of Practice Management Clinics, where participants can explore specific topics within the Building Blocks of Practice Management in an interactive and focused peer setting. These five virtual deep dives are meant to explore industry hot topics and pain points to help participants problem-solve, share insights and create connections.

Learn more about The UHNW Institute’s Practice Management Clinics below.

About

Each clinic will explore a topic from one of the Building Blocks of Practice Management (see graphic below) through live subject matter expert insights and peer-to-peer discussions among senior leaders. Participants will have the opportunity to share experiences, ask questions, and learn from other organizations and professionals. Sessions should equip attendees with greater knowledge, best practices, and actionable solutions.

Format/Logistics

Each clinic will tackle key questions and challenges, drawing on the experience of members and experts.

Attendees should be members of The UHNW Institute and corporate senior leaders. We invite members to invite senior members of their firm who have a strong competencies or responsibilities in the relevant Building Block.
