The UHNW Institute’s January Monthly Theme – Collaboration: Strategic Planning
Happy New Year!
Every month, The UHNW Institute identifies a new theme to highlight, steering our content and programming. For January, we’ll explore the theme of Collaboration: Strategic Planning, with an assortment of resources to help you deepen your knowledge and understanding of this compelling topic.
With this theme in mind, as we gear up for 2024 and introduce new programming and events, we begin with the basics of any new year: RESOLUTIONS.
It’s not too late to create your “Top 4 for 2024.” Here are ours:
- Collaborate with other like-minded brands and organizations we trust
- Update our Strategic Plan for 2024 and beyond and break it into manageable action items to achieve it
- Build on our Community Forum connections to support our member needs
- Develop the first industry-wide Emerging Leaders Cohort and Mentorship Program
We look forward to sharing details of these initiatives in the coming month. In the meantime, mark your calendar for the upcoming events for January 2024.
- Practice Management Clinic on Human Capital: Join the Practice Management Clinic on January 17 for a deep dive into the topic of Human Capital. Starting this quarter, we’ll launch a 5-part series of articles aligning with the Practice Management Clinic content. This bi-monthly content extends the learning with a companion on the UHNW Institute website that will evolve into a 5-part compendium with resources and case studies by year-end.
- MFO Study Group: We are thrilled to reboot our MFO Study Group with Laurent Roux on January 18, so reach out to Chloe Evans if you’d like to add your name to the waitlist.
- January Masterclass on Collaboration: On January 25, we’ll launch our quarterly Masterclass Series with a focus on collaboration. Building upon the ideas of the Symposium and Think Tank, we’ll focus on the new paradigm, delivering integrated wealth management solutions with in-house and external expertise.
In support of January’s theme, we encourage you to explore our Resource Library for related topics on strategic collaboration, including a selection of books, articles, podcasts and our new Resource Toolkit — a monthly theme-based selection of tools that align with our featured content, highlighted below.
